Easy Pay Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

 

Easy Pay Payment Plan Options may not be available if the minimum deposit due cover your full air and hotel costs or if you are traveling within 45 days of booking. Travel Insurance protection is required to use our Easy Pay Payment Plan Option. If you wish to not purchase travel insurance, written permission from Swift Travel Deals will be required to use the Easy Pay Payment Plan Options and you will be required to sign a waiver which releases Swift Travel Deals from any responsibility of your travel. If you elect to opt out of adding Travel Insurance protection, you agree and understand that any funds paid towards your vacation are non refundable and will be forfeited if you have to make any changes and cancel your vacation. Change fees will be based on the rules of the airline and hotel, etc. and start at $150 per person. All cancellations require a $50 per person cancellation fee, even those with Travel Insurance protection. Travel Insurance protection rates vary based on number of days traveling and destination and will be disclosed to you during the booking process by your Swift Travel Deals Travel Agent. Our payment plan deposits include a portion of both your air and hotel costs, the full cost of any add-ons, and whether or not you’ve added Travel Insurance. If you're traveling more than 2 months in advance and your vacation cost is higher than the required deposit amount, we may be able to provide other Easy Pay Payment Plan Options. Air Fees and Taxes

AIR POLICY

Airline and Private Jet seats are limited and may not be available for all flights or dates of departure. All rates are subject to change with or without notice. Various cancellation penalties, payment requirements and holiday/weekend/special event surcharges may apply.

HOTEL POLICY

Hotel charges such as energy surcharge, baggage handling, crib, and rollaway costs may apply and are payable directly to hotel.

Hotel rating:

5 Star Luxury = Exceptional accommodations, superior service and a full range of amenities

4 Star Superior = Deluxe accommodations, excellent service and a wide variety of amenities

3 Star Standard = Pleasant accommodations, good service with many amenities available

2 Star Modest = Comfortable accommodations with some services and amenities

1 Star Basic = Simple accommodations with few services and amenities

 

VACATION PACKAGES

Round trip air, unless a land only package is selected, which may include hotel accommodations for specified number of nights. Prices quoted are per person based on double occupancy, are not retroactive, and are subject to limited availability. Prices may vary and may be higher depending on actual day/date traveled and hotel selected. All prices were current as of date posted.
